I do not recommend purchasing this geyser at all by considering its cheap price.I bought two geysers from this company, 1 of the geysers has suddenly caused the MCB tripping as soon as it starts, and the other one is giving a bigger problem, and coincidentally both at the same time!After 4 month of installation and rare use, the geyser started overheating, and having water leakage from its body, and a loud noise from it could be heard.I was saved from a major accident because of this geyser, the over heated water got returned to the main pipeline which bursted the pipeline itself!Customer service experience- I somehow reached the customer support after multiple trials.They sent me a Google Docs link to be filled and submitted where I had to provide lot of details, upload videos, photographs and Invoice copy.After 2 days I received a call from an executive who asked me to courier this geyser to their Delhi office service centre as they don’t have technician visit facility!And adding more to the trouble, it’s the customer’s responsibility to take back the geyser from their service centre!It’s a clear call from the company that they do not bother to provide any after-sales service.These female executives are extremely unprofessional, and rude, they do not listen and drops the call in the middle of the conversation.I got this checked from an external technician, and was told that cheap quality and recycled products are being used and been assembled together, and will cause a hefty repair cost.Guys this company is a full scam and fraud. Make your decision wisely!The geyser will definitely work smoothly for a few months, and thinking that way I made my second purchase.I had earlier given 5-star rating, and now I’ve changed it to 1-star after the customer service experience.There is no point of warranty here since they do not provide any after sales service, and ask you to send and take back the product to and from their workshop! Which company does that!And it’s another just about one of they geysers, both of my geysers are having issues.
