I had an urgent requirement for installation, and he went out of his way to arrange it at short notice. It’s rare to see such prompt and customer-focused service!The installation technician was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and completed the installation with great precision. He also took the time to explain all the features and functionality of the lock patiently, ensuring we were comfortable using it before he left. His attention to detail and clean workmanship really stood out.Overall, I’m very happy with the Godrej digital lock and even more so with the excellent customer service. Highly recommend both the product and the team behind it!
