Great lock. Works perfectly. When the doorbell is pressed, I can unlock remotely from my app. The app is super intuitive and I can configure passwords and key access easily. Never need to remember to have the door lock key.

Good Product. Bad customer support timing. It seems LAVNA locks wil malfunction only between monday to saturday 10.30am to 7pm. also, it seems LAVNA locks will work without any problem on sudays. Thats what the customer support timing says :-). this is not any other product where you can live without it for some time. the entire security of the home is in this lock. Then why there is no 24 hr customer support for the locks? I woudl say that the company can reduce marketing expenses and focus on 24hr customer support. more people will buy this product. I have reduced one star for timed customer support instead of 24hrs.But, Worth the price Rs. 5380.Dont go with instruction manual. few critical things like lock and arrow positions, cut out dimension sheet, mortise unit'd dimensions are incorrect.However, if you get a proper person to install, then it is the best product in this price range. Be sure to keep one mechanical key out of the home, carefully hidden somewhere in your car or bike. Any electronic component may malfunction. In this case, your mechanical key is the only savior.Bought this as a trial lock as i will be installing in all the home doors and factory doors. the circuit board and the wiring quality is decent. construction quality is good.Ensure to install good quality alkaline batteries and check the batteries once in a month., nowadays duracell batteries starts to leak.. if they leak, the terminals in the lock will corrode and it may not work properly. most of the other competitors alkaline batteries are not leaking. I'm saying this based on my 20+ years of user experience with Duracell. For the last 5-6 years, the quality degraded a lot.... you can buy any other brand... but my opinion on duracell / duracell ultra / chotta power are based on my personal experience.all other features are really good for the price.IMPORTANT: while registering your fingerprints, ensure to keep your hands very clean. try to press the scanner for fingerprint registration FIRMLY all 6 times with different orientations. remember how would you register your fingerprint in iphone... once the fingerprint with good quality is registered, the chances of not accepting your fingerprints is very very less. i have always experienced one tough ok....When opening the door, ensure to press the finger firmly without any movement / shake... that increases the chances of success of acceptance for opening the lock.all other features are good... bluetooth, otp, mobile unlocking (works upto 40ft in a straight line without any obstruction). key works smooth, RFID cards are compact and good looking.. you can add it in your keychain without any disturbance. i would suggest rather buy RFID stickers from amazon (10 pcs for 200rs ) approx. stick them in your back of mobile, ID card, driving license etc... easy to carry as mobile phone having a rfid sticker, nowadays no one moves out without mobile. if you stick a rfid sticker at the back panel of the mobile ( not in the cover, as you may have to change the cover at times), it is really useful.Worth buying this product at this price... no other competitor is offering such facilities in this price...Good Job LAVNA. But please arrange for 24hr customer support...
